Weight Calculation Method:

• Charges are based on a single shipment, with the chargeable weight being the greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight.
• The volumetric weight for the first leg of transport is calculated as:
  $(Length\times Width\times Heightincm)/6000$, with 1/3 of the volumetric weight being charged.

Weight and Size Requirements:

• The maximum weight for a single piece is 40kg.
• Maximum dimensions: 150 × 80 × 80 cm, with the total of all three sides not exceeding 300cm.
• Oversized or overweight items require wooden crates, iron straps, and pallet feet. An additional fee of 200 RMB will be charged per shipment for oversized or overweight items.
• Due to size restrictions on general cargo flights, please use sensitive channels for oversized or overweight items, or consult with the sales department individually.

Liability for Sensitive Goods:

• If the sender declares sensitive goods as general cargo, provides false information, or misrepresents goods, leading to customs detainment, return, or fines, all consequences are the responsibility of the sender.
• No shipping fees will be refunded.

Sensitive Goods Compensation:

• If sensitive goods are detained by customs at the export port, compensation will be provided as for lost items.
• No additional liabilities or compensation for value will be provided.

Insurance:

• Insurance is available at 5% of the declared value, with a minimum charge of 50 RMB per shipment.
• A detailed value and quantity list must be provided.
• To apply for compensation, a local third-party loss certificate (e.g., from the police or a delivery company with a stamp) is required.

Exclusions:

• This quotation does not include destination taxes, remote area surcharges, fines, storage fees, return fees due to recipient issues, or destruction fees.
• If the recipient refuses to pay these fees, they will automatically be charged to the sender (company).

Prohibited Items:

• The following items are not accepted: unidentified liquids, powders, live animals, pharmaceuticals, flammable and explosive materials, corrosives, CDs, firearms, and other items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
• For goods such as cosmetics and food that require an import license, the sender must confirm with the recipient whether an import license is available.

Compensation Standards:

• Compensation is not provided for partial damage to goods, only for the loss of goods.
• If the customer has not purchased insurance, compensation will be as follows: up to 100 USD and a refund of shipping fees.
• For insured items, compensation will be based on the loss ratio and the insured amount, with no refund of shipping fees.
